Kaitlyn Roseman
As Director of Government Contracts, Kaitlyn brings over 30 years of shipyard experience to the team as both an Estimator and a Project Manager. Starting out in yacht new builds, she then crossed over to the government ship repair sector, working in large shipyards in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Florida. During her time in the government ship repair sector, she focused her efforts on providing exemplary service to a wide-array of vessels, including United States Maritime Administration, United States Navy, Army Corps of Engineers and United States Coast Guard vessels. During the Deep Water Horizon oil spill, she directly managed repair efforts to simultaneously decontaminate five USCG Juniper Class Cutters, meticulously completing all requirements within 40 days, ensuring that these vessels were placed back in service to resume vital aids-to-navigation maintenance throughout the country.
