Richard comes to us from Vigor Works, LLC, where he was Vice President of Business Development responsible for developing commercial relationships and providing market analysis in the ship repair and fabrication business lines. He’s also held executive positions at BAE Systems, Marinette Marine Corporation, VT Halter Marine, and other shipbuilders in a career spanning five decades. Richard graduated from the University of Michigan College of Engineering with a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and completed his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago while working his first professional job at Lamont Shipbuilding and Repair.

Pancho “Skeeter” Miguel, Vice President, Estimating. Skeeter has grown up in the ship repair industry having come to work right out of high school. In high school, he was an honor student (member of the National Honor Society) and was active in athletics. He has served in most crafts and understands what it takes to get a job done. He has worked preparing bids for Gulf Marine since 1989 and proven himself as a valuable member of our team.
Ronald Wyatt, Vice President, Production. Ronnie has emerged from a rigger and crane operator to Vice President through many and various duties he has carried out with excellence through his 40 years of service. Ronnie oversees the Ship Superintendents and the production crews that work on your vessels, ensuring the quality and on time delivery that we are known for.
We are proud of the people who service as Ship Superintendents and supervise the work on your vessels. All of them have years of experience. They are a good mixture of youthful energy and vast experience. Their careers range from 10 years to 40 years.
